At Epetome, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the printed return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
